Is it possible to sue the police if they are negligent because they didn't enforce the Domestic Violence Law? Police are ignoring the DV law and are making their own desicions in DV situations when the law is very specific in all aspects of a domestic violence situation. They are not arresting the person that has caused injury and should be going to jail according to the DV law.
