are att cingular phones compatible with t-mobile? My boyfriend just bought an ATT cingular phone (RAZR) off of ebay and his provider is tmobile. He had no issues starting it up and its works fine. I decided to buy one too and it asked for a password and eventually I ended up locking the phone. The ebay store is telling me that the phone is not compatible with tmobile (even though I could have sworn on his site he had T-mobile gauranteed) I thought it was a general standard that they all work with tmobile?
