It's due to bad jailbreak behavior of Spirit after iTunes 9.2 and 3.1.3 update / restore ... so - if you have your SHSH-s for 3.1.2 stored ( local or on Saurik's server ) - you can try to downgrade to 3.1.2 or if you have old bootrom - then you can try to use iOS4 with sn0wbreese 1.6.2 jailbreak
