Sharp shooting pain in my pelvis area? I am a guy and often I get a sharp pain in my pelvis area. Not so much where my man parts are but it is more internal like i guess where my pelvis bone is? It is hard to describe but it is a shooting sharp pain, it's so bad it makes me jump or I have to IMMEDIATELY switch positions. It is nearly crippling but it only lasts a few moments. I have been getting them often but at random times usually once a week or so. I have not had sex so it is not a STD or anything. Any idea what this could be? I have not had any blood or anything un normal happen other than the sharp pain. It's almost like gas but i get it too often for it to be that.
