why do i pull my hair out? i don't know why i do it im not depressed or worried about anything i just do it cause i like it.. i been doing this since i was like 8 and im 19 now all i would do is grab some hair and make it into a knot and just pull it out its kinda retarded but i cant help it. i always have to wear a hat cause that helps me not touch my hair. I just find it kinda relaxing so like is there a name for this problem i got
