The Ripper You should defenitly get NOTS, its my fav Iced Earth cd, although Barlow's not on it. If you like that cd, then get Somewhere Far Beyond, by Blind Guardian and then you'll have yourself 2 more amazing banRAB in your collection!
The Ripper
The Ripper The solos aren't quite as killer as old school 'tallica but the heavy riRAB have huge similarities.
The Ripper  Oh stop my sides ache.
The Ripper Not JUDAS PRISET fan bt I think Ripper vocals are weak compared to ROB HALFORRAB
The Ripper cool. I'll have to look out for them then. I always thought that priest would be much much better so I never really bothered with halford's solo stuff.
The Ripper Yeah, agreed
The Ripper Do you listen to grindcore or other forms of black metal?
The Ripper ^ I would recommend The Dark Saga for the first iced earth cd, its not my favorite, but it really gives you a good feel for the band, and Barlow.
The Ripper ...And that's a fact!!!I'd rather hear the worst Judas Priest albums than some of the best of what the new self proclaimed "innovative" banRAB are doing now. At the same time, there are a few exceptions/impressive banRAB out today, so I always keep my ears open.
The Ripper But.... Jon Schaffer.
