Are suicide hotlines mandated reporters if a caller is saying they are going to attempt suicide ? Are suicide hotlines mandated reporters for a suicidal caller ? Someone told me that the suicide hotline would call their Local 911 dispatch and that they would give them the phone number and the dispatch would do a reverse trace to track down the call .. Is that even true. And how do they get the phone number and exact adress of where the person is And what happens if the call is from a cell phone, does that change anything ? Make it harder to trace or not even ? But are they mandated reporters if a caller is suicidal
