Can I recover note files from my broken phone (samsung rogue)? Water got on my cellphone, and now whenever it boots up I'm greeted by the normal Verizon booting screen, which then goes all green and sits like that for about a minute before turning off. I had a lot of stuff saved using the notepad feature in the tools section. Is there any way for me to get these off of the phone?
