DOG 'Tether' in my Councils bylaws what's the slang? ie tie up? I've searched the word tether with little luck, hits. My Council I know is going to change & up date the k9 by-laws, 2012. That's OK however, some words make sense while other's don't. I don't want loop-holes that restrain my libility, thx Any & all The act of/or/to TETHER dog ... I'll resolve this question in about to weeks. ps our Council is great however it only takes 1 letter over & over or there's a real safety issue where we all get painted with the same brush.
