    You should take it slow and do it the right way, not the fast way. In your video all you are doing is sucking in. If you were 220 pounds at 1 point then you did an AMAZING job and you are lucky to still have some weight that you can turn into great looking muscle

    Sorry didn't watch your vid, but you'll know if youre gaining muscle because your body fat % will go down while your weight goes up.

    Question about muscle gains...am i making progress?

    Here is a video of what I am doing on Youtube. I don't tan, and I don't shave. At my highest I was 220 lbs w/ flub and no muscle, at my lowest I was 130 lbs on starvation dieting, and gained 130 lbs of muscle...protein shakes galore, power bars, etc...I have big hips this is how my body is meant to be. I'm still trying to make progress to big beefy arms at 180 lbs. Here is a quick video of what I look like. No face in it because I don't want to reveal myself online.
