Cooking in chemistry lab idea?!?!!? So I am TA-ing for a tenth grade science class, and they are doing an intro to chemistry for the next two weeks or so. And I was asked to come up with a few lab idea that deal with food/cooking that they could do over the course of two to three days approx. These labs would demonstrate the physical and chemical changes that occur and would demonstrate changes in the phases of matter. If ANYONE could assist me in this matter, that would be greatly appreciated Please and Thank you!!
