My dog accidentaly ate two Benadryl? My pembroke welsh corgi (26 pounds) was told by the vet to take a 25mg tablet of benadryl every 8 hours for allergies as they have been pretty bad this year. She's been on a regular schedule for a couple months now. Well unbeknownst to be, my husband gave her a benadryl.....and then I gave her another one just now! :C The time elapsed between the two benadryl was two hours. It's been about a half hour since she took it and she hasn't shown any odd behaviour or sleepiness. We offered her kibble and she made quick work of it (as usual) and then went on a bit of a jog to try and speed up the metabolizing. Will she be alright?
