cheerleading tryout help and jump help? me and my friend were gonna try out for our 9th grade cheer team next year. the thing is. im not very flexible. and my jumps arent that great. i was gonna try to talk my mom into lettin me take gymnastics/tumbling to help with that kinda stuff and be more prepared. i use to take gymnastics so i can do all the basic stuff. i was just wonderin what to expect and how to help become more flexible and how to get my jumps better? thanks.
