Is the Hardstep dance the same as the Electro Shuffle? (hardstep, rebolation, electro shuffle, krochn)?

Hi, I just wanted to know if the Electro Shuffle is an actual dance or is just a different way to call Hardstep. The main difference I've seen between them is that in the Hardstep some people do a move in which they kind of sit on the floor without sitting. Hardstep should be the same as Krochn (austria) but I have not seen many people dancing Krochn and sitting on the floor. There is also a dance called Rebolation from Brazil which is practically the same (to my eyes) (Rebolation is not the same as free step, technically free step is the evolution of rebolation).

So please can some one specify which are the diffrences between these dances (if they have).

(also, I have not noticed much the running man in these dances (which is very used in the Melbourne shuffle). Is it more common in any of them?)
