Will I need FDA Approval For My New Energy Drink? I am making an energy drink I will use the usual mainstays of caffeine and b vitamins and other approved herbs. I will make it in my home and bottle it myself to avoid hefty bottling fees at contract manufacturing companies, not to mention HUGE minimum orders. So will all this be kosher? Can I just sell my stuff to local stores for sale? Would it be the same as someone bottling honey or jarring jam in their kitchen for sale at the local store?
