What are the laws/regulations on skydiving using a wingsuit?
I really want to buy a wing suit, but i was wondering what the restrictions are as far as minimum jumps...ect. I have read many things online saying...min of 200... all the way up to 2000 jumps... but what are the laws?

Also I plan on going the AFF courses this summer, any tips on gear?
I am 6ft 2 in and around 200 lbs, am i too big?
