If a Mass Effect movie should ever be made should it be made as a Live Action or a CGI movie?

i'm not asking about who should be in the movie or who should direct it cause those are two completely different questions although i think most of the cast from the game would work well to reprise their respective roles in the movie and i think James Cameron would be an awesome director for it but that's beside the point. i'm just asking if the movie would work better as a "Live Action" or as a "CGI" created movie
and i know there's already a Mass Effect Movie in the making but that's an anime movie, this would be a different movie that would be part of Shepard's storyline like maybe his/her prequel to the games or a movie version of the game storyline. i dont know i'm just spit balling here
