Yamaha blaster four wheeler dies after a little ride?

Okay. I have a yamaha blaster four wheeler. The clutch cable broke so it sat for a while till I fixed it. And it started but gas drained out of the overflow line so I took apart the carburetor and cleaned it and it started fine no leaks or anything. Ran good as if it would be fine. Then drove it a little and it died. After a tow back home it started up again. So what's wrong with it? It keeps doing that same thing
