STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error) on Windows XP home? I am getting this on a computer that I was clearing their information off for them so it could be sold. After I reinstalled Windows XP Home, When I installed updates i was asked to restart and I did, it got stuck in an endless restart cycle. I disabled automatic shutdown and got that BSOD. What is causing this? any ideas to fix it? This is the third time I have tried to reinstall windows, and each time the software was activated
