find the styles you like and sew them yourself try looking in thrift stores for the same styles or you can fix them up to look like what you want try wallmart and target and other cheap stores they sometimes have great stuff, youll be surprised

Where can you get great clothes at low prices? I'm 5ft3, skinny - I"m a size 3 - pale, pale skin with freckles, short layered brown hair, and green eyes. I want a make-over, but I'm kind of on a limited budget. I need to find great clothes that make me stand out. I'm not really much into following the crowd when it comes to fashion; I just want to look good. Does anybody know a store where you can get great clothes at low prices? I find great clothes, but can't always afford them. Help!!!
