Would it be easy to think people hate me too boost my confidance?
I just got an idea ..that if I just thought people hate me anyway I would be less self conscious. Because obviously we all want approval or want to be liked by people that's why we try to be polite. I can't be bothered to sit here and feel self conscious about being liked or approved. Won't it be easier just to think I'm being hated and just get on with my life....
