How do I open PDG, PDS, PCP, PPI Files if I no longer have the software that made them?

I recently had to upgrade and buy a new computer. Once the tech staff downloaded my files from old to new there was some software they lost during the conversion. Sine then I have not been able to open some projects that I had saved on a memory stick. Sine I am computer dumb I need help in simple point form terms. Thank You
