    Is it legal for a doctor to not refill a patients medicine?

    Hello, recently our town got a new doctor and my mom was told a day ago that unless she came in for a CBC and exam that the clinic would not refill her blood pressure and diabetes medicine.
    My question is can the doctor legally do that?
