    Are eating disorders influenced by the media?

    I'm doing a research project on 'does the the media influence eating disorders?' and would appreciate it if you could fill out these questionnaires. There are only 13 questions. Anybody can answer there are no specific requirements. Thanks

    1) Are you happy with your weight?
    Yes/No

    2) Do you feel like you calorie count/workout a lot?
    Yes/No

    3) Do you feel you have to look a certain way to fit in?
    Yes/No

    4) Do you have an eating disorder? - if no skip to question 8
    Yes/No

    5) If Yes, what?
    Anorexia nervosa / Bulimia nervosa / Compulsive over-eating / other

    6) If yes to question 4, what encourages you to behave this way?
    Media/Friends/Personal feelings (Self-esteem/control)/Unsure/Other

    7) If yes to question 4, what group do you fit into?
