Btw, I think you must be aware that the fat-loss happens proportionately and is not limited to a particular part of the body but you are sure to get visible results with a few days' regular workouts+ increased intake of water.

    What are some exercises i can do?

    Ok so im a female, im not overweight but i do have some fat on my stomach that id like to get rid of. I was just wonderig what are some exercises that i can do. I have been doing sit ups, leg raises, bicycle crunches and leg raises. What else can i do? Thanks
