    Morning walk is useful for staying healthy, as fresh air with fresh oxygen is available in the environment. It diverts mind from unhealthy condition or disorder hence helps people coming out of stress. As morning walk is used to take in vegetative gardens, along roads, playgrounds, stadium and natural places to interact with nature to decrease mental tension or stress. To treat stress it is one of the best way to go on morning walk daily. Morning walk really makes our mind and thoughts fresh. We usually forget all family concerns or health issues at morning walk to be stress free and ultimately healthy physically as well as mentally. It also useful for weight loss, diabetes, arthritis and cardio-vascular disorders. It raised good circulation of blood to several body parts to keep them active.
