I'd like someone to help me read my test results from the doctor. What's wrong with me?

I had a lump in my throat about two years ago that I was told was related to thyroid problems. I had an ultra sound and some tests and it turned out to be benign and got smaller and one day went away. They never explained to me exactly what was wrong with me. They said they would watch my thyroid levels. However, I never heard anything else. Now I get my own lab results because I'm 19 and they're significantly difficult to read. The doctor just sent me a bunch of weird abbreviations and numbers and at the end it showed that I may need further testing, that I needed to plan a follow up in 2 weeks and most of all that both my thyroid and cholesterol results were unacceptable. High cholesterol doesn't run in the family and I am 5'2" weighing in around 100 pounds (not obese). Here are my results:

TRIG: 103 mg/dL
CHOL: 203 (abn) mg/dL
HDL: 59mg/dL
CHOL/HDL: 3.44 Ratio
LDL Calculated: 123 (abn) mg/dL

TOT T3: 2.01 (abn) ng/dL
TOT T4: 14.40 (abn) ug/dL
TSH:1.120 mIU/L

I believe that abn probably means abnormal and that the bolded things were bad. But I don't know what those indicate. The bolded numbers were LDL Calculated, TOT T3, TOT T4, and CHOL. Please help, I'm kind of freaking out.
