Are your friends installing the apps or is it automatic (not sure if there is such thing.) Hmm... If it's the first, how about putting a password to your phone itself so that they cannot access it.
How to stop others from installing apps on my android phone? by prompting for password every time you try to install a new app from google play, i now apple always ask even when downloading free apps but google play only prompt for password when purchasing a new app. i have an app called Applock that claims to password protect installing and uninstalling apps but it only works for uninstalling because when i download free apps from google play, there is no prompt for password. PLS let me know if you know any other app that actually works.
