Sharp stabbing pains? today i got really sharp pains in my chest at times it was unbearable,it went away so i didn't think nothing of it then an hour later it came back but worse and now the pains are right from my chest going down towards my stomach Anyone ever had this before and can tell me what it is? Thanks in advance
