What Amp should I use for my Rockford fosgate R1s410 subs?

I have 2 Rockford Fosgate R1S410 subs, and I would like to wire them into my car. Each sub puts out 150 watts RMS and 4ohms. Would a Dual 400W XPE2700 2-Channel Amplifier work well? Both subs together would put out 300 watts and the amp is rated for 400 watts, with 4 ohms. Im very very new to this kind of stuff but it seems it would work since it is a 2-channel amp. The amp says "Power output: 50 Watts x 2 RMS at 4 ohms; 75 Watts x 2 RMS at 2 ohms; 150 Watts x 1 at 4 ohms bridged" and 150 watts x 1 at 4ohms is what each of my subs are rated for. so will this work? please help thank you very much!
