Can you get Mobile Hotspot for free without rooting the HTC Evo 3D?
I want to get free Wifi Mobile Hotspot for the HTC Evo V that I'm getting in a couple of days(Which is the 3D but for Virgin Mobile). I don't want to root because it seems complicated, and is risky since I'm not an expert in android. Is there a method or apps like Foxfi that allow you to activate your Mobile Hotspot without the need to root and to pay $15 extra? I've heard that Quick settings does that but I dont know if it'll work for sure, do you think it will? Thanks! (I know Foxfi doesn't work, actually it doesn't work for any htc devices)
