what animation (cgi) movie would you make? or should there be?

you know the movies like shrek and cloudy with a chance of meatballs. if you were to come up with a movie for like that what would it be about? id make one thats like a fairy tale. i like this book that was called the witch that wanted to be a princess or something like that. except a little different. it be about an ugly young witch that wanted to find her handsome prince. and whoever falls in love and kisses her she will become a beautiful princess. she will travel places high and far for him. it would be a comedy. sounds good i think. also the other movie id think that would be good is if its about a teenage girl that is running away from these killers and has to find a way to escape them. it would be a thriller so it be pg-13. lol. there isnt many pg-13 movies that are cartoonish.. cgi-computer genereated image.. i think... also what genres besides comedy should these movies be? there should be a horror,action,thriller and romance. and the ratings.. its always G and pg. why not rated R for once? or would that be too much? i mean why not? maybe no one would watch it if it was R? what do you think?
