i have high speed internet turbo boost with time warner cable and digital cable w/dvr?

if i disconnect my digital cable but keep my internet will i get free basic cable...i figure so since the actual line is connected directly to the post from the power line..because when i transferred service once i check to see if the cable was out but still worked until someone came from the cable company an physically disconnected it..so i figure if i keep my internet ill still get basic cable but for free...please share your opinion advise
