My 99 Honda Civic Ex WONT START! Please help? Ok i have a 99 Honda Civic EX, standard, its been at the mechanic shop for a week now and the timing belt has been changed along with the distributor. They said it IS getting spark but is not turning over AT ALL. When it broke down on me it actually happened as i was pulling in to my driveway. It was like it just died. Nothing strange happened at all prior. I was jus pulling in my driveway and died like as if i was not giving enough gas to it or something. Is there anyone out there that can help me please, Thanks. oh yea by the way its a standard.
