Why do women from western countries use profane language and say adult jokes all the time?

Most of the women from English speaking countries, if not all, that I have seen in chat rooms as well as in social networking sites use profane words publicly.In chat rooms they talk about sex with other people in the room! I have barely seen any Asian women doing that. They say adult jokes also,shamelessly, in facebook comments etc .Why are these women very uncultured?
Men from my country never speak about sex in front of women/ with women or when they are in social networking sites.
It is definitely not gender equality thing. It has everything to do with society and culture.
