PHP: Extracting Screenshot of FLV Video Clips: Possible?

I am intending to build a "library" website for all my photos and videos. The videos are hosted as FLV video files, but unlike images I cannot display them with a screenshot in native HTML.

Thus my question, if there is any PHP script that can extract, let's say, the 50th frame of each clip and make it to an image which I then easily can display with common HTML. The 50th frame, because some of my clip are beginning with a black screen, so it wouldn't make sense to start with the 1st frame.

Thanks a lot for your time, good intention and assistance!
