Ford Fiesta Zetec, hit and run damage, however leak now in the car? My car rear drivers side was driven into whilst parked by a hit and run driver, luckily I had a witness who provided me all the details. The other side has admitted liability and my car is going in for repairs on monday, however since it happened the drivers side on my carp carpet is constantly wet, the boot where I keep the spare wheel was filled with water the last time I checked and the rear window is constantly steamed, do I need to advise the repairers of the damage which has been caused in order for it to be repaired or do I need to advise my insurance company I'm unsure as this is the first incident I have had.
