blockbuster movie rental question? My daughter, her friend, and myself rented three movies and the first season of a tv show from Blockbusterl They were kept out a month past their due date. Now Blockbuster is charging us for the movies plus a late fee. I didn't think they could charge you for both. With the first season of the tv show they are charging us $55 per disk. The entire first season is cheaper than that at most stores. Is there anything I can do? The store is charging us the cost of the three movies plus late fees. They are willing to work with us on the first season if we return it to them. Even with returning it, they still want us to pay $120 for the three movies. That's the cost of the movies plus late fees. Is there anything I can do? I honestly did not think they could charge you for both late fees and the cost of the movie. Why am I paying late fees if I'm buying the movie?
