Is it possible to recover data off of my broken flash drive? My flash drive had a little run in with my dog this evening during dinner and unfortunately it will no longer register on my computer. Of course, I'm a total idiot and don't have my important document that is on there (a 173 page word document that I do not want to retype) backed up. I have provided images below in case they may help in answering the question. Is there any way to recover the word document off of it? From what I can see, it doesn't appear to have damage aside from the USB connection but, admittedly, I'm not fantastic when it comes to computers. It registered for a little while and I attempted to open the document but it said there had been a problem with the file and it could not open.
