bell express view remote stuck on vcr setting? this has been going on for a long time now... i can't get the remote to come off of the vcr setting. i press the sat button, but nothing happens. i can still get the very basic Satellitee functions like guide and pg up and dn and the numbers, but it is really annoying. i think one time it started to magically work again somehow. but its back on the vcr setting again.the vcr led turns on when i press the buttons, but not when i press the vcr button. it's really weird. could there be a burned out component in the remote, or a short somewhere or something? would Bell give me a new remote for free? is this fixable? let me know.
