To install ultrasnow we need Wi-Fi.I was looking for a solution without Wi-Fi.Hence had asked about the afc2add.Anyway , i didn't say i can use Cydia.I just opened Cydia(of course offline,since phone is locked,so no net) and found there was no afc2add.thats the reason. Anyway, it doesnt matter now.i hv unlocked my iPhone using another method given by a user.So no worries. Thanks for your help,though.
