An iPhone 3GS is designed to work with GSM carriers.Since its unlocked you can switch over to other GSM networks.Only locked phones,will not accept the other carrier simcards.I had a locked one,and after unlocking it through the permanent remote unlock service from Theunlockspot.com I was able to swap networks in my iPhone 3GS.
uk unlocked iphone work with t-mobile contract sim card? i want to buy a iphone 3gs on pay as you go. im not interested in a contract as i am already on one with a blackberry. prob is i have still got a year on my contract with t-mobile i want to buy an iphone cos i fell in love with my ipod touch. if i buy the 3gs and get it unlocked, will it work with my contract sim card? the sim has unlimited wifi and messages. will it work??? please help!!!
