Internet shuts down due to torrent? I am attempting to download an update for a WarThunder. The download is torrent based and just like other torrents that I attempted to download recently shut down my internet connection. I live on a college campus and contacted both the college office and the actual ISP which is myResnet. Both of the offices claimed that they do not shut down peer to peer connections in any forms and do not even monitor them. The issue disappeared for a couple weeks but came back again. The issue is most likely server side but I have no clue who to contact for further assistance. I know that my firewall is not blocking the connection btw. Any help, pointers, or leads are greatly appreciated!!!!
