communication - answering "makes sense?"? I work with a lady who seems very rude and arrogant. I am just wondering how to handle certain situations while communicating with her. She is supposed to pass on the requirements for my tasks so we often setup meetings to go over the requirements. Even when we are going over very simple requirements, she would ask "makes sense?" 5 times in 10 minutes. I feel as if she thinks she is explaining rocket science. This really irritates me because I am dumb that someone needs to ask me this question so many times while explaining simplest things. I keep saying "yes" every time she asks but I feel like being bullied or overpowered. How should I handle this question?
