Boyfriend looking at naked female photos when we're in bed?

This morning I woke up to my boyfriend looking at photos of half naked women on his phone while we were in bed together.

It started a couple months back when he discovered "The Chive"
He's shown me pictures of big breasted and "booty"-ful (ew) females, saying "Look at this girl!"
I don't know what he expects me to say? "Oh yeah, I wish I looked like that!"
Then he starts saving them on his phone - they outnumber any pictures he might have of me.

I understand that he's "a man" and men look at naked women. That's great. I had assumed that's what you do when your perfectly willing and capable girlfriend isn't around to please you. Something you do at home?

This morning, in MY bed, I'm laying beside him half clothed and he chooses to look at these females. He stops when he realizes I'm awake.

Am I wrong for feeling offended?
Do you agree this is something that he should not do while laying in bed with me, or no?

I need some opinions please.
I confronted him and his excuse was "I'm stupid"

I genuinely would like to know why he shows me these pictures and views them while I'm there?

Guys AND girls opinions would be appreciated.
