School offers Google Nexus tablet just for touring, but then says they ran out and now have an HP slate?
I signed up to take a tour of an IT school. They were advertising that I would get a free Google Nexus tablet with no strings attached. They said I didn't have to sign up for school to receive this tablet. I took the tour, and inquired many times about the tablet they were in the process of "ordering." FINALLY, I got an email stating I can come in to pick up my HP Slate tablet. They said they can't seem to find any Google tablets to order anymore. I find this very deceitful, as I really wanted that Google tablet. Is this legal for them to not follow through on their advertised deal?
