Rogers is a GSM network provider. Bell is a CDMA network provider. You can only unlock a GSM network locked phone to use with any other GSM SIM card. So, you cannot use the Rogers network locked Blackberry with Bell network. If you still want to unlock your Blackberry Curve 8310 to use with any other GSM network, you can visit UnBBLock.com and get the accurate unlock code at affordable cost with an easy unlocking guide.
