90s British or Canadian television series? TV series about undercover police as drug dealer and looking for evidence against one of biggest drug dealer. also i remember one of the episode he set up the one of the capo of the boss, he change the drugs with flour and act like the capo steal the real drugs and put real drugs in his trunk and setup the fake accident to make the drugs buzz up in his car.
