i just did the 40 hour famine and i'm feeling really really sick? i just finished the 40 hour famine and am starting to feel really sick. when i woke up this morning i wasnt feeling great but brushed it off and continued with the famine but right now i feel horrific. i'm shivering though i'm wearing 4 layers and am sitting in front of the fire. my head is aching (i've drunk more than enough water however) and my throat feels on fire. what can i do to make this better, i practically never get sick and when i do its so weak its usually gone in a day. i suppose i was more susceptible to colds due to the famine but i feel so awful right now and dont know if that was the only reason...
