    Have no idea, why don't you call them up and ask them..cause I can't find the info online at all!!!..=)

    My guess would be a measuring cup if they use water that just comes out of the sink, my guess is that it comes from the factory measured out.

    Anyone have an idea of how long John silvers measures the water in the restaurants when they add it to the dry batter?
